En la firma de convenio participaron; la secretaria de Educaci\u00f3n, Mtra. Myrna Araceli Manjarrez Valle, el director del Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Tepic, el M. A. Manuel \u00c1ngel Uribe V\u00e1zquez, la Subsecretaria de Educaci\u00f3n Media Superior, Superior, e Investigaci\u00f3n Cient\u00edfica y Tecnol\u00f3gica, la Mtra. Sof\u00eda del Carmen Casta\u00f1eda Jim\u00e9nez, el Jefe de Departamento de Investigaci\u00f3n Cient\u00edfica y Tecnol\u00f3gica de la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n, Ing. Jos\u00e9 Luis Esqueda P\u00e9rez, la subdirectora de Planeaci\u00f3n y Vinculaci\u00f3n del Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Tepic, Ing.
